The auction is a sealed bid auction with a minimum bid of $99,000. The bids are opened Nov. 13 at 1 p.m. at STS Escrow in Hermosa Beach. Most recently, interests in the individual units were sold for $169,000. A total of 76 units have been sold, with 44 for sale at auction. The Club at Big Bear Village ownership interests are fractional, with owners each owning a 10th in the villa.
